All services are available on a sliding scale basis to ensure accessibility to all who would benefit from these services. Just use this graphic to determine what tier you fall into. The default price displayed at check-out is for the SUPPORTER payment tier. For folks in the middle tier, use discount code “SUSTAINER” for a 25% discount; for folks in the lowest tier, use “SOLIDARITY” for a 50% discount - no questions asked, no verification required. (About 25% of my services are provided to Solidarity-level clients - Supporters make this possible!)
Did you know? You may be able to request reimbursement from FSA funds for your personal training sessions! Check with your FSA administration company to obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity form to be completed and signed by your primary care provider. You then submit that letter with an itemized invoice from me. Just let me know what information needs to be on the invoice!

Join other Transformation Fitness WMA clients in 55-minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) strength-based workouts at our training space in Williamsburg, MA. These workouts are designed to accommodate attendees wherever they are in their fitness journey - whether you’re working with bodyweight or heavy weights - to deliver an experience that will help you feel strong, accomplished, and motivated to keep going.

Hands-on, real-time coaching for strength, confidence, and embodiment.
A la carte one-on-one training sessions with Coach J in support of one of your training goals. Must be subscribed to another membership package (Remote, Core, or Coaching).
